renegade rows - 24kg - 24kg - 3x5,2x3

front squat - 12kg - 5x5
double swings - 24kg - 5x5

windmills - 24kg - 2x5

DOA Man Maker - This was MUCH harder than using the 8kg, much harder.

50 snatches - 16kg
1 min jump rope
40 snatches
1 min jump rope
30 snatches
1 min jump rope
20 snatches

5,4,3,2,1 snatches
1 min jump rope

I've been doing breathing and vacuum exercises at work.  Been working on my OAPU and can do one full rep on each arm.  GTG.  Still practicing.  My knees are back to feeling just OK which is better than they were.

evil rollout - 2x10 (knees)
bw squats - 2x20
bottoms up press - 16kg - 3x5 (held 24kg in other)
kb twist - 34kg 1x30

Ran some laps around the track at the park while my boys biked (about 1 mile).  Did a few pullups on the monkey bars with each lap.
