Ordered kb solution for speed & explosive strength by M. Mahler,  haven't received it yet but downloaded the user guide.  Practiced all the exercises for 2 x 3 with 24kg.  Was pleasantly surprised that I could do pretty much everything despited having weak knees.

explosive squat shrug
full body attack
full body defense
double stomp jerk
alt hang clean
alt hang clean & press
one arm hang snatch
double hang snatch (iffy at best)
front snatch
guard attack
explosive double swing
one arm stomp snatch
explosive lunge
split jerk
split snatch
crossover snatch
