i went down to pick up belts & I met Kris Freeman there. Master Leonard & I got our wires crossed & he wasnt there so Kris & I went across the street in the grass & sun & I worked with him for a few hurs.
I have to go back down in the morning to get the belts, then rush back here for a meeting

did several resilient exercises this morn w/ 8 & 16kg

dbl swings - 40kg - 5x10
rkc arm bar - 16kg x3
windmill - 16kg x3

Got a sledge hammer today.  Did some stump pounding.

Watched World's Strongest Man, got motivated.  Read the battle of words between rif and rdb on igx and got decidedly unmotivated. 

Had to do something...
