Yep, that was it.

the "static swing switching hands" is commonly referred to as the DARC (darcy) swing. Jeff Martone came up with it. DARC is Dept for Advanced Research Center or something like that.

walk 3miles (brisk),searching for the steepest inclines and various urban conditioning smack like curb walking frward and bckwrd,eyes closed,somecartwheels for fun,vault over downed trees,attack playgound equipment-2set 4 pullups,mountnclmers up sliding board,more walking backwards.pullovers-front and backhip circles (can still do them) and inverted hang and shoulder stretch variation kind of like interrupted skin the cat (maybe there's a newpc way to say it but i wouldn't know).  Jumped rope:3 fast sets of 80,then slower stuff w/diff footwork.

Good.Says he's still sore. He enjoyed the class and intends to swing the bells on Tuesday. He may have the KB bug. He's got a laid back attitude about it and is open to doing more of what you went over on Saturday so I expect we'll be out on the carport tomorrow putting cracks in the concrete.
