Yep, it's healing... speaking of which.  First day back at the gym...

Chest Press 3x10 80lb
Lat Pulldown 3x10 100lb
DB Military Press 3x6 35lb LR
Curls 3x8 25LR
Tricep Pulldowns 3x10 60lb

Lowered the weight on alot of the exercises and lifted slow.  Felt good... not paying for it today either.

Dips 3x10
Leg Extension 3x10 90lb
Seated Leg Curl 3x10 90lb
Back Machine 3x10 90lb
Leg Ab/Adduction 3x10 80lb  *Adduction seems to target the injured muscle.  Slow reps were good for it

Return to Saturday Class:  Ran through warmups and all brown belt material.  Practiced 1st and 2nd spear, 1st black tiger, and short stick.  Felt good....

KB Class... did my own thing while Christy was working out

Pullups 1x[5,4,3,2,1] 1x[5,4]
Dips 1x[5,4,3,2,1] 1x[5,4]

Seated Military Press 1x16k 5x5 LR
Floor Press 1x16k 5x5 LR
Pullovers 1x16k 3x8

Leg Ad/Abduction 3x10 100lb

Shaolin:

Ran through warmups, brown belt empty hand material, 1st spear, 2nd spear, and 1st black tiger.  After that I practiced the first and second circle in bagua.

Saturday Class:  Ran through warmups, brown belt material, and sparred 2 4min rounds.

KB Class:  Providence - Ran through it using the 8k, 12k, and 16k.  Used the 8k for windmills and snatches at the end, the 12k for swings and cleans, and the 16k for any type of pressing or squatting movement.  My back is doing a lot better
