tgu - 40kg - missed x2 (got up to lunge, knees wouldn't go further)
tgu - 32kg - missed x2 (same as above)
double clean - 40kg - missed x7, 1 good rep to rack
sledge hits on tire - 4x10 (did these inbetween misses)
Ppr/windmill - 40kg - 4x1

That, my friends, is malcontentment.  Were I content, I'd be tossing the 16's all day and Dave would yell at me. Kiss

So use the 24k to build up your knees. I yell at you when you do silly stuff like 15 mins of TGU with the 8k  Evil

Um, Dave, that was for joint mobility and resilience!

My goal for this year is to stop readin' and start doin' (along with publicly acknowledging that I eat too much, although I'm not quite ready to let that one out yet.)  Plus, maybe I need to rest more.

pushups - 8,16,18,9
door way pistols - L x3, R x0
bw sq - sets of 10 throughout day
