No Kb's for me...Shoulders are trashed right now..

Tai-Chi class....

Did Tai Chi Sword, 24 posture YANG Style Tai Chi 3 times.
Helped out in class a little.  Worked on sword some more...That's about it....

THERE IS NO MORE!!!  GO HOME!!!

January 23, 2007...

There was no January 22, 2007...Was too tired from work and too sore from what I believe to be a pinched nerve...will see to chiropractor Wednesday morning

No Kb stuff today.

Went to Shaolin-Do...

Did brown belt empty hand forms, Black Tigers, Spears, Table Top Sword twice and Pa-Kua.  Hsing-I Training was as follows:
Breathing and Stance training (18 breaths both sides) twice
Crushing Fist (18 times both sides) twice
Drilling Fist (18 times both sides) twice
Cannon Fist (18 times both sides) twice
Crossing Fist (18 times both sides) twice
Chopping Fist (18 times both sides) twice

Then we spent the rest of class walking with the Crushing Fist.
I do not believe I could have ever imagined the complexity of a punch, until now!

Breathing was good..probably due to taking it a little easier during the forms.  My arm actually felt a little better afterward.

Trip to the DC revealed C5 out...He put it back..Neck all better!  Grin

No Kb's today either...I'll bet they are getting dusty!

At Shaolin Do...

Did all white through green belt forms, 3 rounds of sparring, helped a little in brown belt class, then left early.  Went home, cut left middle finger...makes life all worth while!!!  Translation: Good Night!

Did brown belt weapons, Black Tigers, Spears, Table Top Sword twice, Pa Kua, Hsing-I breathing and stance training, Hsing-I Five Fists stationary drills and finally Hsing-I walking drills on Crushing Fist.

There was no Monday again this week.  Had to make a very important trip out to Bardstown.

Before class..
Did 64 Posture Yang Style Tai Chi and Pa-Kua.

During class..

Crossing Fist (18 times both sides) twice
Chopping Fist (18 times both sides) twice

Breathing was good, but my power was failing.  Probably due to the inactivity and the cold weather.

On with Shaolin-Do...

Note that my work schedule has advanced a half hour..This means I am rushing between work and class now.

Breathing was good.  Power was good..much better than last week.  This was a BIG plus, considering only 4 people were in class tonight.  Had to go through everything without a break.  Shoulders are feeling it though.
