Once we get into the swing (hehehe) of the kb classes you wont want or need the separate cardio days.
How long have you done the eliptical & treadmill? Have you seen results from using them?

At twice a week KBs I think by February you will see great results, weight loss, toning up & getting stronger

Ive been doing the elliptical for ages.  It does seem like it helps me loosen up after kettlebell workouts so I am not as sore Smiley  Obviously, Im not getting the results I want, so Im subjecting myself to your torture! ha ha!  I kid...

I told Jerry last night that if KB class 2x week doesnt get me in great shape, I give up!

Wimp to pimp....

Christy do the joint mobility drills as we do before kb class, every morning and some throughout the day, whenever you feel stiff.

45 minute boxing class.
Did interval training and drills.  Kicking/punching with bag.
Decided after tonight probably cancelling my Y membership.  I found that most of the time in the class tonight I was pretty bored and didnt feel challenged.  Will keep LAC gym membership for now.

Boxing must have been more challenging than I thought.  Somehow hurt my back, for the love of God have no idea how I did it.  Woke up at 1am on Friday in some of the worst pain Ive ever felt.  Going to take it easy until Monday.  Will attempt to do KB class.
Going for a walk today...

IT is challenging but you had a pretty tough session with me the day before. YOu are trying to do to much. You cant go hard with KBs then go the next day hard with something else. At least not yet. You have to give yourself time to adapt.
I train every day, but I go heavy circuits on day, heavy, strength based the next day the something different the following. You have to give your body time to recover or you will be more likely to get injured.

Will you come on Monday at 12:30?

Still sore today, but better.  Taking ibuprofen every 4 hours and sleeping on a heating pad.  I have a meeting at lunchtime on Monday.  I plan on coming to class on Wednesday at 1230.  I'm pissed at myself right now for going to that STUPID boxing class! I felt great after Wednesday's class.  Oh well, lesson learned!

After 4 nights of no sleep, finally broke down and went to the MD yesterday Sad
Started on Skelaxin, and told to rest for a couple of days.  I already feel much better.  Plan on going back to KB on Saturday.

Wow you must have really messed up your back. Guess you wont be there for tomorrow's session.

What ever happened to your 2 friends? Did the come to my demo on Sunday? If they did they didnt tell me who they were.

I'm doing another demo on Saturday 1/20 at 2pm at Holiday Manor

I feel MUCH better today.  I guess ibuprofen couldn't fix it this time!  I will be at class on Saturday!  I will be glad to get back into the swing of things Smiley  Learned my lesson to not try to go hardcore the next day, after a KB class!

My friends plan on coming to the Holiday Manor Open house!

Started back to KB class today.
Did Providence, most with an 8k.  Did Swings and deadlift with 12k.
Wanted to get back into the groove without killing myself.
I feel fine, I think Im 100% recovered ! YAY! Smiley
