ring pushups - 5x5

pr - 40kg - 5x(1,2) - 2nd Pr mostly
doorway pistols - 5x L-3, R-1

pr w/ windmill - 40kg - 3x1
face the wall sq - 3x5/ step ups - 3x5  Lips Sealed

tgu - 24kg - 2x1
pr - 32kg - 2x5
jm w/8kg

dbl high pull - 32kg - 3x5
dbl swing - 40kg - 3x5
Working on height on each lift.

dl - 305 x5, 275 x5 (used 35's for lower grip)
snatch grip dl - 185 - 2x5
isometric pr - began at chest level and pushed for 15 secs, moved up 4 levels x2.
sq rack pistols - 4x3 alt
Ppr - 95 db 3x1 / windmill on last set
JM
wall walk

All in all, just a really good workout.  I wasn't even going to workout, just drop Zand at shaolin and run errands.

Maxwell's endurance w.o.
5x 30 secs on/30 off, rest 1 min between - 2 x 16kg
dbl sn
dbl cl/pr
dbl sq/pr
dbl cl/sq
dl/sq thrust
Was going fine until the 4th set, then did 15 secs on/45 rest.

sn - 32kg - 3x8 / 45 sec rest

power snatch - 115 (several singles to work on form, still sucked)
single arm snatch - 95 w/ windmill x1
single arm cleans - 100 & 115 - several sets of singles
o-head sq - 100 - 1,2,3
power clean / snatch grip dead lift - 165 - 6x1/5
o-head sq - bar - 3x6
pistols - practice off a stool

I'm going to be certified as a Kettlebell Lifting Coach by Fedeorenko in February. I'll have a lot more knowledge of lifting for KB Sport

Does he mean that the other exercises are not as important (his encyclopedias) as snatch and cl/jk?  Is this the "new/old" direction of kettlebelling?
