16kg for swings, cleans; 8 for tripcrush, 8+1 for mp's; 12 all else.

White to 1st Black Saturday; First book of the Wa!
White to 3rd Brown Monday & Wednesday.

Saturday class: white to 1st black; Xing-ie 5 roads; linkage; 12 animals; green dragon; pa fan chin; tai chi sword, Tiger-Crane duet; 1st Hua, everything full out, felt pretty good.

KB: Firepower, 16s and 12s [except tripcrush 8]; did floor presses 1 side at a time.

Wednesday: neck tweaked but did Providence entirely w/ 16's and 12's   (moved up to 12 for tripcrush); didn't have an 8 around for seated mp so substituted a 2nd set of regular mp w/ 12.
