Shaolin Do...

Before Class...Did Pa Kua and what I know of the Tiger-Crade Duet.

During Class...At 6pm and 7pm...Watched the students pre-test.

Before Class...

Did Tai Chi Iron Fan Form, Tai Chi Sword, Table Top Sword, Seven Star Sword, Pa Kua and what I have learned of the Tiger-Crane Duet.

During Class...

Did Black Tigers, Spears, Pa Kua, Hsing-I Fist of Five Roads, Hsing-I Five Roads Linkage Form, Hsing-I 12 Animals Set, Parts A and B of the Hsing-I Two Man Set, Table Top Sword (twice), Seven Star Sword (twice), Buddha Fist (twice), worked with John S. some on the Hsing-I Two Man Set and learned some more of the Tiger-Crane Duet.

Before Class..Snuck in Tai Chi Sword, Table Top Sword, Seven Star Sword, Pa Kua and what I know of the Tiger-Crane Duet.

During Class..TEST NIGHT!  Everybody did a very good job this evening..We had a good turn out with about 24 student testing among the three schools.

After Class..Christmas Dinner!!!   Tongue  FILLED MY TANK!

Tai Chi Night...

Before Class...Did Tai Chi Iron Fan, Tai Chi Sword, Table Top Sword, Seven Star Sword, Pa Kua and what I know of the Tiger-Crane Duet.

During Class...Did 24 Posture Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword and worked with Micheal most of the evening on the Tai Chi Sword.

Before Class...

Did Tai Chi Sword, Table Top Sword, Seven Star Sword, Pa Kua, 24 Posture Yang Style Tai Chi, both parts of the Hsing-I Two Man Set and what I have learned of the Tiger-Crane Duet.

Class was cancelled...John decided everyone needed to go ahead and go back home to avoid bad road conditions.

December 29, 2008...

Shaolin Do...

Before Class...Did Tai Chi Sword, Seven Star Sword, Table Top Sword and what I know of the Tiger-Crane Duet.

During Class...At 6pm, taught the Yellow Belt class.  At 7pm, did White through 1st Brown Belt material, sparred three rounds and did Pa Kua.

Felt rough after not being in class for a week!
