back still a bit tweaked.

20k
2h swings 30s
press L 30s
press R 30s
lunge l 30s
lunge r 30s

did a few snatches with 20k to gauge back

jerks 2x20
on the top of the minute for 10 minutes 10 jerks, 100 reps

RPE was about 8, RPT 8

back felt ok, but didnt want to push it

Showing windmills during the 6:30 class with no weight & I can tell it is going to be a few more days  Angry

50/50 20k 32:04

this only sucked a little less than the last time in terms of effort, but I was a slacker and only used a 20k this time. All other times I used 24k. I wasnt up to pushing it that hard today and I need to be able to walk tomorrow. Last time with 24k my quads too 3 days to recover.

The squats were the slow point was doing sets of 10 and took close to 10 mins to complete both sides.
Push press & jerks were also sets of 10 but recovery between sets was much faster

Using the 20 I can definitely get the time under 30mins

want going to do kb, but an XFitter from Delaware came by. Me Paul, Tamas.

farmers walk up & back 2x32, OH walks 2x20 up &back, racked up & back 2x20

snatch + windmill 32k 3x3/3
pushpress + oh squat 3x5/5 20k
double clean/fsq/press 2x20 3x8
rr+pushup 3x5/5

getup situp 2x5/5

always feel good to do strength when I feel crappy

2 hours of chain sawing & deadlifting logs.

Got the rest of the tree that was blown down in the September storm down & cut up.

The biggest part was about 20" in diameter. Pain in the ass with a 16" saw

New AOS workout, Santa Monica

8 rounds of varying lengths. The DVD includes ropes in between rounds for extra conditioning

No Im not going to post the routine. If you want it buy it

About 40 mins. I stayed with 16 on most of it 24 on 1 exercise, 12 on another. The way I did it was about RPE 7
