The mixture of running and KB demolished my legs.     

I'm use to seeing them in Kg's.  I guess you are using a 18Kg?  Or are they now making English weighted bells?

I picked up an US standard weighted bell from play it again sports.  Got a good deal on some old football equipment I exchanged.
