This coming weekend I will be traveling to Texas. I will be competing, demonstrating, and speaking at the first annual, Specially Challenged Martial Arts Championships. This will mark the first time that a disabled martial arts event has been sanctioned by the, Amateur Athletic Union. I was honored to be invited to this event. I hope it is the first of many. I would like to thank, Senior Master John Price, Master Dave Randolph, Master Danny Price and the other great teachers and students of, Louisville Shaolin Do. I again thank Dave Randolph and Iron Body Fitness. I also thank, Steve Cotter, Ken Blackburn and the  great team of the, International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation. Without the instruction, love, friendship, encouragement and support of these wonderful people and pages more, I would not be living my dream right now. I'll be posting lots of pictures, video, and blogging while I'm there on, Face Book.
