Wednesday was another great advancement test. Everyone did very well. Congratulations to all! Great job!
A special congratulations to, John Smithers who is now a Second Degree Black Belt and, John Hedgespeth who is now a Third Degree Black Belt. Very well done gentlemen.

I wish you could have been there, but I very much understand your priority.

The test felt good.  Adreniline is an amazing drug.

I owe you a special debt of gratitude for your motivation.  I wouldn't have done as well without your Specialized High-Intensity Training.   Evil
