I thought it was either Sing yi or Sing yee.  At least I spelled chiken right.  Grin

Sat 1/24/10

Great workout Saturday!  Challenged me in areas that really need it.

Hurdles, even at such low heights, were more difficult than should be.

Windmills:  sheesh!

OH Squats challenged flexibility in hips and knees and pushups challenged strength and stamina.

MORE!  Afro
(I know I'll regret this.)

Sat 2/2/6/10

Shaolin Do white - 1st brown
4 rounds of sparring

kbs

agility ladder & hurdles

walking swings 2h forward 50' back 50', lateral 50' ea way  20k for all

snatches 50 r/l anyway (5x10/10 16k)
jerks 25,15,10 l/r (50/arm) all with 16k)
floor press 3x5/5 24k

might have broken 1 or two toes on left foot sparring.  kick was blocked by opponents knee.  audible snap.  Shocked

still I was able to do the agility ladders and hurdles (all pressure was on ball of foot)

kbs did not aggravate the toes either.  pain actually may have lessened the perceived difficulty of kb workout.

cool down stretching hurt like hell.

by late last night (Sat) first 2 toes swollen and bruised.  am hobbling around today.
I hate it when this happens.  Angry
