Jerk 2x16 10 w 30s hold at top that lasted about 5 sets then dropped to 14k
snatch 24k 10/10 w 30s hold at top. after 3 times had to decrease it to about 15 sec holds
rest 3
jerk 2x16 34 with 2 breath hold
rest 1
snatch 20k 34 r/l w 2 breath hold
rest 3
jerk 2x16 at speed
rest 1
snatch 20k 58 r/l at speed had to stop at rep 34 on L & rest 10 sec
rest 3
Jerk 30 at speed

swings 32k 20 r/l 3x
plank w alt reach out 3x10

spent all day Thursday & Friday at the Brown in meetings

2min rest after snatch

set 3 did 20 then 9

snatch did 61 on r in 3:45 on L had to rest at 31,41, 51 Sad 20k
rest 2
set 4 did 16 & 16

swings 32k 20 r/l 3x
jump squats 30,20,15,10,9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 = 120 total

Jerks 16k 12 reps with 10sec hold
rest 3
snatch 24k 12 r/l 10sec hold
rest 2
jerks 16k 40 reps 2 sec hold got them all with out setting the bells down!

snatches 20k 40 reps r/l no rest
rest 2
jerks 2x16 32 got them all
rest 3
snatches 20k 68 r/l got them all
rest 2
jerks supposed to be 35 did 24 then 11
felt pretty good

GPP
snatch swing 32k 3x20 r/l

jump squats
30/20/15/10/9/8/7.../1 rest was the next set in seconds so 20s rest after 30 jumps, 15sec rest after 20 jumps etc

L - 26,24,22,18,14 ahd to set it down several times, couldn't hold on

ALternate between Overhead & Rack holds
60sec, 40sec,30sec,20sec 10/9/8.../1

GPP
kettlebell rope pulls (ties 2x32 to a thick rope and hand over hand pull) (1x)
50 sledgehammer hits to tire, alternating arms ea rep
30sec rope
