AOS Express

Product Description
The AOS Express workout series is an excellent at-home-fitness collection focusing on kettlebell and bodyweight circuits. This series is composed of single-day workouts as opposed to lengthy and complicated multi-week programs.

Collect all the AOS Express workouts and keep them in a binder or file folder for use anytime. Not sure how to workout today? Pick an AOS Express workout at random and get to work.

Each workout comes with a companion instructional video. Watch the video and study the workbook before attempting the workout. When you are confident with the circuit, simply print the workbook and use it as a guide for your workout.

AOSx: Elevation is the second in this series.  It has been honed to perfection through live testing at the "AOS R&D Center", Punch Kettlebell Gym in Providence, RI.  Elevation consists of a 3 round circuit made up of 2 drills per round. This workout is ideal for new kettlebell users, but will also offer the variety you experienced kettlebellers seek. This downloadable product includes 6:45 minute instructional video and corresponding (pdf) workbook.  The workbook includes 3 workout options: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Its ONLY 5 rounds plus the snatch test. You have 5 options:
1 alarm - Go through the routine once with long rests ~30 mins
2 alarm - Go through once with short rests ~25 mins
3 alarm - twice through, long rests ~55 mins
4 alarm - twice through, short rests ~45 mins
and finally
General alarm once through NO REST, ~20 mins

average women 8k, strong women -12k

There are quite a few 2kb exercises, like alt cleans, renegade rows static row (bent over row) and the see saw press.
