Are you a CrossFitter visiting Louisville? Feel free to drop in but please contact me first !!!!

 

FitCamp - A 3x/week, 6 week course to take you from 0 to 60

CrossFit Group Classes - Following the principles of CrossFit these classes utilize kettlebells, clubbells, sandbags, body-weight exercises & more.

Drop-ins welcome ($20/class), however we reserve the right to not allow those we feel are not ready or not capable of using a kettlebell safely to participate.
