Online training lets you train wherever and whenever it is convenient for you. With our online app you can take your programs anywhere and have instant access to your workouts, each with videos to guide you through the movements.
Your training program includes warm-ups designed to target areas in your body where you may have issues, like tight shoulders or restricted ankle.
You decide your level of support; from weekly phone calls and daily emails to once a month emails or the occasional text message. The choice is yours!
Once we have talked and I will put together your 1st 4 week training block.
New programs and workouts added every 4 weeks.
12 4 week blocks per year allow for 4 off weeks for de-load, vacations etc
Your choice of 2,3 and 4 sessions per week

I've been a certified kettlebell instructor since 2002, one of the first 100 in the country and the first in the Southeast. I've traveled to Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati and other places teaching people how use and teach kettlebells safely and effectively. In addition I was an assistant coach at 3 RKC certifications working directly with Pavel.
I've written four books, all on Amazon.com as well as an ebook for other trainers to use with their clients.
I have over 15 years experience helping people just like you improve their lives through proper nutrition and exercise.
