What do I need to bring?
- A towel
- Terry Clothe Wrist bands (5 or 6″ from Dick’s)
- We train indoors, barefoot. If you need to wear shoes they must be hard soled (Chuck Taylors) and CLEAN! We push a pull heavy sleds you will need shoes for that. Many people leave their training shoes at the gym
- A Water bottle, we have a 7 stage filter water cooler, otherwise bottled water is $1/bottle
