Have you ever wondered why your friends do well on a certain diet but you don't. Why others feel better when they do a low fat/high carb program and you feel terrible? Or maybe you've tried keto and after 2 weeks felt miserable...

The truth is everyone is unique and everyone needs different levels of protein, carbs, and fat. I've seen it time and time again....People want to lose weight so they get into some sort of weight loss challenge to lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks or whatever. Some succeed, some don't, but, almost all of them re-gain the weight they lost and then some.

Our focus will be on education and habits; what you can eat and what you should stay away from (not totally delete from your diet). We want to help you change your LIFESTYLE.

In the end, you’ll come away with the know-how and confidence that you can stick with and enjoy your very own Lifestyle Transformation Program.

One very important factor that we must point out is that we’re limiting The Lifestyle Transformation Program to just 10 new participants. Naturally, we’ll make this available to existing clients, but we’re only taking on 10 new people because individualized attention is critical...not just in the workouts, but throughout all aspects of the program including our nutritional coaching

Coaching - both in workouts and throughout the entire program - is a critical part of The Lifestyle Transformation Program. If you workout with us 3 times a week there’s still another 165 hours to get through on your own. That’s where more coaching comes into play…  

Additional coaching and support will be provided three ways: 

  1. Online Support Group: Our private Facebook Group is an incredible place to get motivated daily, learn tips and tricks for success, as well as get your questions answered in real time.
  2. The App: Easily track the weekly habit, receive quick daily lessons, and communicate with your accountability coach all in one simple-to-use app on your phone.
  3. Private Coaching Session: You will have the opportunity to meet 1:1 with me to really dial in your plan, as well as discuss more private topics as desired. Additional private coaching sessions may be purchased as well.  

The purpose of this program is to help you develop your Lifestyle Transformation. The coaching component is crucial...and what makes this program unlike any other.  

Because of that, we must limit the number of participants we work with. This is NOT a scarcity tactic. It’s simply a matter of supply and demand. You will be working directly with me, although Cheryl may help out a bit. There's only so much time in a day and any more than 15 new people will degrade your experience and results.
