We will hold weekly meetings via Zoom, and each will revolve around one or more of the topics above. In addition, we will answer any questions and help troubleshoot your goals, actions, and other issues you may have
nutritionOS is not a diet program, nor does it provide meal plans. This program will help you develop a sustainable nutrition program for yourself.
You've probably tried four and 6-week (or longer) Challenges. You might have lost 5, 10, 15lbs or more, but most likely, you regained what you lost and then some :(
nutritionOS is your Operating System to develop sustainable nutrition habits for a lifetime of health and well-being!
