I've been helping people improve their health and fitness through exercise and nutrition since 1991 when I was an assistant instructor at the dojo where I trained. After earning my first degree black belt I became a full instructor.
In 2002 I discovered kettlebell and became one of the first people in the country to be certified as a kettlebell instructor in the RKC under Pavel Tsatsouline.
After getting laid-off from an IT job I decided to coach full-time and opened IronBody FItness.
I was and am always looking for better ways to help people with their health and fitness and in 2019 I became a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner which taught me how to dig deep into uncovering your underlying health issues and developing a holistic solution to returning you to optimal health.
But I also know this approach WORKS because the women that do this are finally able to beam with confidence in photos (and in real life), wearing the clothes they love, feeling good about their bodies, and happier than they’ve ever been because this challenge put them on the right path.

There are two ways to participate in the Women's Macro Challenge. A) Purchase the Challenge program only, or purchase the Challenge Program with my group training program working out 3 sessions per week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am & 9am
Monday and Wednesday evening 6pm
Tuesday and Thursday 6p
Thursday 9a
Saturday 8:30a
Note that the Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday session are High Intensity Intervals (think 30s of work 30s or less of rest) and are very challenging. You may need to stick to the Monday/Wednesday/Friday session
No, you can attend whatever slot works for you on a given day. Just remember there is no 9a session on Tuesdays no 6pm session on Friday, and the Tuesday/Thursday sessions are HARD!
Each session starts with joint mobility, followed by 5 minutes of joint mobility. Then we spend a little time on "prehab" movements.
In the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday seesions we move into a dynamic warmup focusing on exercises that require you to generate power/force like jumping jacks or kettlebell swings. The main section of the workout is usually a 5 exercise strength circuit where you will be doing exercises for a specific number of repetitions. The last section is a short high intensity interval circuit.
In the Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday session, the main workout is a timed circuit of 5 to 8 exercises
All sessions end with a cool-down of various stretches
All sessions are one hour
I limit attendance to 10 people per session. You must register in advance for session using our attendance app
I give people exercises that they can do. IF you have issues with knees, back, etc., I will show you modifications that should allow you to train without pain and without making things worse. I have helped hundreds of people move better with less pain. I myself had a hip replacement in 2018 and had to learn to train around the pain before the surgery and I rehabbed myself after.
