I just finished the six week challenge. My goal was to lose 15 pounds and I lost 20.2 pounds. Dave and Cheryl offer an awesome coaching team with fitness and nutrition. I am in my early 50's and have been active with exercise & body pump most of my life. Nothing has transformed my body like this programmed & amazing that it happened in six weeks. Now I am hooked & joined Dave's program so I can continue my workouts every week. Can't wait to lose my last 5 or 10 pounds. Even if you have not been active with exercise, you can do this program if you're willing to work hard.

If you are struggling to bring some healthy habits back into your life I have the perfect solution. I highly recommend you contact Dave Randolph at IronBody Fitness. This guy and his wonderful wife, Cheryl, just changed my life. Really.I started a boot camp with them about 3 months ago. In that time I have lost 43 pounds and enough inches to drop 4 pant/dress sizes. The Bigger benefit is that I can walk a flight of stairs without being out of breath and I can pretty much do anything else I want to do and do it comfortably. I feel great and I feel strong.

Don't be confused ...This is not just another sweaty boot camp. The owners take time to talk to you about food, healthy choices, recipes and discuss tricks to help keep you stay with the plan. They switch up the training and exercises everyday so there is no way you will be bored. It is a full body workout. Dave and the other coaches take great care in watching you move to insure you are moving correctly and do not get hurt.

The group you will work out with are amazingly supportive and are quick to recognize and support your success. I had gained enough weight that I never believed I would be able to get it off. Boy was I wrong. I have come so far but still have a long way to go. Thanks to these folks I know my goal is realistic and I plan on celebrating it by July 4th!!!

This is by far the #1, best thing I have ever done for myself.

I did the 6 week challenge at Iron Body Fitness. The program was exactly what I needed to get myself back in shape. Dave is excellent and makes sure you know how to do the exercises properly. I lost 16.2 pounds during the challenge and I now I am a member! An awesome gym with awesome people!

Today I had my final weigh in after taking the 6 week Challenge. I lost 23.6 pounds and BEAT the Challenge. What I gained is immeasurable. In the 6 weeks I learned:

1. That it is possible to lose weight at any age. At almost 57 years of age and post menopause I believed that I was stuck with the affects that age has had on my body, not true! Age is just a number and if you put in the time and are committed you can lose weight at any age.

2. The gym you choose makes all the difference in your success. I have been a member of a couple of big box gyms. Those gyms are more interested in your membership fees than in your personal success. Once enrolled they turn you loose and do not provide the personal attention required to help you reach your goals by way of staff support, nutrition and encouragement. IronBody Fitness is not your typical gym, it’s more like a training center, the perfect place for anyone who is serious about getting healthy & fit. IronBody Fitness is a total body transformation with a wonderful staff and small class sizes.

Dave & Cheryl Randolph provide so much support. Dave with his immense knowledge in fitness, daily planning, instructions and his ever constant watchful eye making sure you have proper form to prevent injury far surpasses any support staff I have come across at other gyms. Dave pushes you when he knows you have more to give and encourages you along the way. Both Dave and Cheryl's knowledge in nutrition help provide the healthy meal plans to fuel your body with the proper nutrients. They are always available via cell phone, e-mail and their Facebook page. Always a quick response time for any questions or concerns you may have. You couldn’t ask for a better team!

3. Working out with other individuals who have the same mindset, to get fit and healthy helps encourage you. We all push each other, offer support in class and through a group support page. Always fun to see other Camp participants when starting the class, you become part of a Fitness Family!

4. Sore muscles are a good thing. IronBody Fitness is a total body transformation and when you wake up the next morning you know the transformation is happening. Sore muscles are our reward for showing up for class, we earned them!

5. Non-scale victories such as fitting into smaller clothes, walking up a flight or two of stairs without getting out of breath and feeling energized and better about yourself are just as rewarding as seeing the descending numbers on the scale.

I could probably list a dozen more things I have learned but those are my top 5 in no particular order.

The Transformation Challenge at IronBody Fitness will transform you, physically and mentally and I encourage anyone who has 20 pounds or more to lose to take the Challenge. You will feel so much stronger and better about yourself. You will not regret it!

In closing I want to stress that The Transformation Challenge at IronBody Fitness has been the best decision I have made for myself and for my health. It has helped me to learn to make better food choices, to make time for me through exercise and rest. The 6 week Challenge has made me stronger, look better and most importantly feel better about myself. It's been 7 weeks since I took the 6 week 20lb challenge and I am so glad I did. I have had 1 week off now and am anxious to get back into a routine again. I have to say that I was hopeful that I could beat the challenge when I started, but when week 3 and 4 came, I was concerned because the weight wasn't dropping. Dave Randolph, owner and coach was a fantastic advisor and motivator. He really helped me succeed. The best thing about this challenge is that each workout is instructor lead and very motivating. Another great thing is the accountability. The nutrition plan was strict, but that made it easier. Without these things, it would be just like any other gym. The Transformation Challenge has been a truly great and, hopefully, life changing experience. I have finally succeeded in sticking with a program, powering through the plateau I have hit in the past, and losing the weight I've needed to lose for over 2 decades. More importantly, I have rediscovered my self discipline, which seemed lost. I've attempted to get healthier on my own many times. I've had some success along the way, but invariably hit a plateau and then back tracked. I've been making excuses for why I don't have time or energy to workout. But with this program I've proven that I can workout 5 times each week, even with travel and other commitments in the way as always. I kept my self discipline on my nutrition plan in the face of company dinners, social events, weekend camping, etc. Dave Randolph, Cheryl, and Bernadett have all been there to help motivate and inspire us all. Yet perhaps the most inspiration came from my fellow campers. We supported and pushed each other, encouraged each other, complained and sweated and grunted together. We kept each other's sense of humor going. I truly believe this was the biggest difference of all with this program - going through the Challenge as a group, as a team. I made friendships that I hope last well beyond the Challenge. I will continue by joining IronBody Fitness and look forward to working out with this inspiring group of people. Wonderful program! Great support! I highly recommend this to anyone who is serious about getting healthier.

6 weeks ago I attended a Transformation Challenge to lose 20 lbs! I left there and hit up whole foods to get some supplies I would need to get started! I stopped in the door way and literally teared up because I was totally out of my element!! I was lost but then The Donna I knew took over and I completed my task and from there I knew it was all gonna be UPHILL! I knew my badass had to take over and with the help of Dave and Cheryl I did it! Time did fly and with the help of my peeps I made it! I have never looked better, felt better, and been better than I am at this exact moment! People...this works if you do what they tell you to do! Every step of the way Dave had my back! He pushed me and made me believe I could lift more, do more, and push heavier prowlers then I thought I could!!

I will forever believe in this program and what it has done for me and the people around me! The support was endless and I am forever grateful to Dave and CHERYL!! You guys have it all figured out and I appreciate you sharing it with the world but most all..ME!! Met my goal of reducing my body fat %, and lost 11 lbs. Iron Body Fitness is so good, it's better than a box of chocolates. Classes so varied you never know what you're going to get and it's so effective it makes you happy with the results! Congrats to Nora Benson and Amanda Clephas Lambert for achieving their goals too!
Without a doubt, the most sincere and supportive training available in the fitness industry I've ever seen. I've been a member of many gyms and various programs. No comparison to the value of this Camp Challenge. If you really want change you can get it here. I did and I love it still.

When I started the challenge I had 2 goals in mind. Lose weight and learn how to lose weight. Both are hard to do on your own because it is hard to know where to start to lose weight and it is very hard to stay committed by yourself. This program lays both out in a way that makes it almost seem easy. The manual and preprogram orientation provide you with a step by step guide, what to eat, how to eat, and how to handle different scenarios that you will encounter. And then once the program begins the weekly weigh ins help you to keep track of how you are doing and get feedback on what is working and what tweaks need to be made. Overall, the first week was by far the hardest as I got adjusted to a new routine. But once I did it began to become habit. The workouts were always challenging but not impossible, the meal plan required cutting out a lot of my normal food but gave me a chance to explore other tasty alternatives, and the knowledge and habits I learned will help me to keep living a healthier lifestyle. If anyone is serious about losing weight I definitely recommend giving this program a shot!

BEWARE!!! If you're comfortable looking "fluffy", and sitting on the couch eating bonbons… This place is not for you! Just keep your soft ass on the couch, and melt your life away Into the mental trance you are in. But if you are a woman that wants a toned, sexy body to die for… Or if you are a dude that wants to get some muscle tone, a six pack, and the strength that you know you should have at your age… Then this is the place for you! You are not going to get yelled at here like some other places, but you will be held accountable and encouraged to reach your goals!

After just 5 1/2 weeks with Dave at IronBody, I am almost 15 pounds down. I feel so much better about myself and fit into clothes I haven't worn in a year! Dave tailors workouts to fit your needs and modifies the exercises if you have any injuries. It is always a good workout and I leave feeling better than I did before I went in. Happy to be a part of the IronBody Fitness family!

Although I didn't meet my goal of 20 lbs, I lost 18lbs in 6 weeks and I'm very proud of my success! I look and feel so much better....A huge thanks to IronBody Fitness and Dave Randolph for getting me back in shape! If it weren't for you guys I would still be struggling to shed the weight.. Now it's up to me to maintain but thankfully I have learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Six weeks ago when I started I questioned myself and if it was possible. Never question yourself but BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. When I did I achieved and became stronger. Today after 6 weeks of following a healthy diet, working out (32) times (I'm an overachiever) and getting great support from Dave Randolph, Cheryl Randolph and my Camp Challenge Teammates I did it. And I feel great. I'll be doing a second challenge to get closer to being FIT. I wish I could do all my workouts at the gym but due to my work travel it just isn't possible. But you can do the program (with support from the trainers) on the road and succeed. I look forward to Camp Challenge #2. I know it will be harder but if it was easy everyone would be doing it. "It's easy to do and it's easy not to do". So I'll choose the easy to do and do it. Thanks Iron Body Fitness for brining this program to our area. I'm proud to be one of the First Graduates from the program. Healthy

The 6 Week Lose 20 Pounds in 42 Days Camp Challenge at Iron Body Fitness. Is it for real?

I was certainly doubtful that losing 20 pounds in 42 days was something I may have an interest in when I received a random email in late August about this Challenge.I responded to the email by setting up a reservation online to attend a presentation at Iron Body Fitness by Dave Randolph and Cheryl Ann Randolph. My appointment was about a week away from my sign up date and I talked to my wife several times about canceling as I thought that losing that much weight in such a short period of time wasn't possible without doing something potentially unhealthy and extreme. Man was I wrong.

The program called for you to workout at least 5 days a week with Dave Randolph and the gang at Iron Body Fitness and you were to FTDI (Follow the Damn Instructions) that were presented at the meeting. We were to follow the nutrition guide, do our workouts and lose weight. Pretty simple. And it was really was pretty simple.

I lost 23.6 in 42 days. Surprising since I was never hungry, never too sore to workout and didn't doubt the program could work after the first few days.

The numbers for me were crazy. I logged 34 workouts at Iron Body Fitness in 42 days. I drank no less than eight (8) pounds of liquids a day. Nothing for me other than water and protein shakes. I still haven't had a diet Pepsi and I was drinking over 100 ounces a day before I started this program. So, that's around 336 pounds of liquids during the Challenge.

I ate four (4) plus pounds of food a day. All the approved veggies I could eat and tons of protein. End of the week dinner with Minnie on Sunday's was and is an 8 ounce steak, plain sweet potato and steamed veggies. So, 170 pounds of food or so in 42 days.

Food and beverage consumption was around 500 pounds for the Challenge yet I lost 23.6 pounds. I was eating and drinking less prior to the Challenge and continued to gain weight!

If you can commit to making a change for 42 days I highly recommend that you contact Dave Randolph and Cheryl Randolph at Iron Body Fitness. They have a plan for you. Everyone there wants you to succeed. Everyone at Iron Body Fitness is an encourager. Show up, do your best and have success.

Love the workouts. It's full body every day. Want to be leaner, stronger and more durable? They have a plan for you. Call them. Go see them. For me, being stronger, leaner and more durable is good for everyone in my village, especially my grandbabies.

I am moving into phase 2 on the 7th of November which is the Transformation Challenge. Another 42 days to lose 15 pounds or 6% body fat. I am excited to continue this journey that Dave Randolph and Cheryl Ann Randolph got me started on.

The Transformation Challenge at Ironbody Fitness has made a major impact on the way I have viewed fitness, and more importantly, the way I view myself. I can say without a shadow of doubt that my life will be longer and of better quality because of the knowledge I have gained and the encouragement I have received here. During these six weeks, Dave and his team have taught me what a balanced diet really looks like and how to choose what foods are best for my body. They also have taught me the importance of exercising regularly. I have gained exponentially more than the 20 + pounds I've lost. The most important lesson that I have learned is that I am far stronger than I thought I ever could be, and with faith and discipline focused in the right areas, all things are possible!
