I first signed up with Dave to get in shape for my wedding and was definitely looking for a quick fix. That was December of 2016, and while he did get me in shape for my wedding, it became much more than just a quick fix. I now consider myself an athlete for the first time in my life and am stronger than I’ve ever been. He was able to keep me working out through 13 weeks in a boot from a broken foot and his application of functional fitness has also helped me through physical struggles with multiple sclerosis, which I was diagnosed with 6 years ago. Don't want to lose anything but gain muscle tone and be more flexible. Go to see Dave Randolph at Iron Body Fitness. All you have to do is commit and show up. Dave has everything else you need but he can't do the work for you. I highly recommend Dave and IBF to anyone looking to challenge themselves, to start a fitness program or to improve their overall health. I started the IronBody challenge (keto challenge) this past September. At the end of the challenge I lost 24.6lbs, starting weight of 173.6 and ending weight at 149.
The challenge didn't stop there for me, I have continued on the keto lifestyle and since the end of the challenge I have lost another 11LBS! I am at 138LBS!
It's been 5 months since I've started this journey with Dave Randolph at Ironbody Fitness and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Dave for all you have taught me on this journey, you have changed my life, this was not a "diet" to me, this is a lifestyle change that I plan to keep for years to come!

Ironbody fitness...is family not a Gym. There are tons of new gyms popping up with great success but I know that knowledge and training known thru Dave Randolph and his wife Cheryl Ann Randolph is not only eye opening but that it works. Dave is not only my coach, but more like friend who motivates me when I need it and doesn't mind telling me the truth lol. It's rewarding to me to know that every challenge I complete I get the best of training I can. When something doesn't work for my body Dave adjusts my workouts and food plan according for MY SPECIFIC BODY, which leads me another amazing reason why I love training with Dave. I've learned through ironbody gym that everyone's body is different and Dave WILL FIND OUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. Just have to trust the process and I trust him to get me where I want to be. I just finished my 6 week body transformation and I'm down 15.6 lbs! I honestly thought I wasn't going to make it but I did..and I couldn't be happier! It definitely challenged me and wasn't always easy but it was SO worth it in the end! The feeling I have being able to get into clothes that I haven't worn in years is indescribable. I just finished the six week challenge. My goal was to lose 15 pounds and I lost 20.2 pounds. Dave and Cheryl offer an awesome coaching team with fitness and nutrition. I am in my early 50's and have been active with exercise & body pump most of my life. Nothing has transformed my body like this programmed & amazing that it happened in six weeks. Now I am hooked & joined Dave's program so I can continue my workouts every week. Can't wait to lose my last 5 or 10 pounds. If you are struggling to bring some healthy habits back into your life I have the perfect solution. I highly recommend you contact Dave Randolph at IronBody Fitness. This guy and his wonderful wife, Cheryl, just changed my life. Really.I started a boot camp with them about 3 months ago. In that time I have lost 43 pounds and enough inches to drop 4 pant/dress sizes. The Bigger benefit is that I can walk a flight of stairs without being out of breath and I can pretty much do anything else I want to do and do it comfortably. I feel great and I feel strong.
Don't be confused ...This is not just another sweaty boot camp. The owners take time to talk to you about food, healthy choices, recipes and discuss tricks to help keep you stay with the plan. They switch up the training and exercises everyday so there is no way you will be bored. It is a full body workout. Dave and the other coaches take great care in watching you move to insure you are moving correctly and do not get hurt.
The group you will work out with are amazingly supportive and are quick to recognize and support your success. I had gained enough weight that I never believed I would be able to get it off. Boy was I wrong. I have come so far but still have a long way to go. Thanks to these folks I know my goal is realistic and I plan on celebrating it by July 4th!!!
This is by far the #1, best thing I have ever done for myself.

Reflecting on a 6-week challenge.
To begin, considerable thanks to Dave and Cheryl at IronBody Fitness. Dave provides challenging workouts that hit every part of your body. Programmed thoughtfully to accommodate each individual's uniqueness, such as my new hip and my screwed-up knee. Cheryl has done wonders with my tight shoulders to allow for more normal movements.
The plan is straightforward: eat healthily, follow a nutrition plan, and work out. No excuses. Denise has provided her support, and we are looking forward to the beginning of the next 6-week challenge. I will have to start looking for new pants or a smaller belt.

I completed the 6 week challenge and loved it! It was hard, but Dave And Cheryl are so helpful. The accountability is fantastic as well as the workouts!! I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to get started or continue on their health journey!
