I have known Dave for a solid 20 years and have trained with him on and off the whole time. After my son was born in 2020, I immediately turned to Dave for long-term programming to take off the weight and to get me back in shape for the triathlons and mud runs that I love to do.
My 2023 event season yielded particularly good results. I'm no rookie, but this year I shaved 20 minutes off a 13 mile Spartan and 30 minutes off my Half Ironman time. The kicker is, I did very little actual endurance training this year. The mix of kettlebell, dumbbell, and bodyweight workouts that Dave programmed for me were more than enough to not only get me through this race season but net me two significant improvements!
