Train where you want, when you want.

Online Training for those of you who can't make it to IronBody Fitness or prefer to workout at home or in a big-box gym  but need a well-designed, customized training program.

Why Train with Me?

I have trained hundreds of people in person and online since 2007.

My clients include those with post-surgical hip and knee replacement, cardiac rehab, and shoulder problems, and those looking to lose unwanted body fat and feel better again.

Online Training Programs

4 week programs 3 workouts per program with a daily Warmup section.

Programs are based on your assessment, history of injuries or limitations, and the equipment you have access to.

Personal Assessment

You will go through a comprehensive assessment profile via Zoom, which will provide me with information about your movement.

I use these assessments to guide me in creating your online training program. This ensures you get not just the right exercises but the level of difficulty that matches your body and its needs.


Message, text, email, or Zoom during regular business hours to check in, ask questions, or have me critique your form. 

Exercise Videos

Every exercise has its own video clip to show you how to perform them correctly.


In the basic Online Training program, I monitor your food journal and make suggestions.

You may also opt-in to receive Meal Plans and more in-depth nutritional guidance to help you maximize your goals.

Trainerize App

I use an app called Trainerize to deliver all my online training to your phone or tablet


Workouts are scheduled based on the days you prefer to train. Workouts can be moved as needed so if something comes up, you can switch days


Trainerize allows you to track the weights you used, your weight, body fat, heart rate, progress photos and more


Every exercise has a video so you can see exactly how to perform a movement

Connect with other Devices

Connect your Fitbit, Withings scale devices to Trainerize. You can also connect Apple Health or My Fitness Pal.

Online Training

I've been a fitness coach since 2007 and helped thousands of people lose fat and regain their health and vitality.

I was one of the first in the US to become a certified kettlebell trainer under Pavel Tsatsouline, who is credited with bringing kettlebells to the US in 1999.

I have trained many other coaches and prepared them to take their certifications as well.

In 2007, I became certified in Kettlebell Sport, which is a competition based on the Snatch, Jerk, or Long Cycle (clean and Jerk). I competed several times in Chicago, and Fenton, MI. 

In 2012 I became a Certified Kettlebell Trainer with the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation

I've presented at regional conferences for the NSCA as well as the Midwest Performance Seminar.

I've also been featured on Local TV and in newspapers (Fox-41, WHAS-11, and the Courier-Journal.)

I've been a martial arts instructor since 1992 and currently teach Balintawak Eskrima and Counter Blade Tactics under Guro Jerome Teague. I also train in Kuntao Silat Morin, and Hung Gar Kung Fu.
