In the Small Group Training Program, I take into account your current fitness levels, your past workout and health history and make modifications where necessary for those with hip, knee, shoulder, or back problems, just like I do with my Personal Training Clients

The workouts are challenging enough to increase your health and resilience but not so hard that you make things worse.
