This is free and and very well written ebook about his 6 month testing of several different IF protocols and how he fared on each of them. He kept very exacting details, kept his workouts the same throughout the 6 month perriod. He went from about 190lbs and 10% body fat to 171 -173 and 4%! using IF.
However IF may not be for you, so read the ebook (actually it’s all online not as a pdf) and check it out, it’s a good read
