IronBody Fitness – Core Values

Core Values

Honesty

I do what I say I will do.

I am honest with all clients and prospects about everything including being straight with them on their nutrition habits.

Integrity

I stick by what I say and stand for. If I say I’m going to do something, I will do it.

Transparency

All systems, processes, and policies are transparent. Nothing is hidden. If you want to know something, ask.

Respect

I respect you, and your thoughts, and beliefs, and we will never treat you otherwise. We may disagree on some things but that doesn’t affect my respect for you.

Accountability

I will hold you accountable for your attendance and participation in our programs. If you miss a session, and you haven’t given me a heads up, I will be in touch. If you aren’t sticking to your program, I want to know why and how I can help you get back on track. Likewise, I expect you to hold me accountable. If I’m not doing a good job and meeting your expectations, you need to let me know. If I don’t know there is a problem I can’t fix it!

Professionalism

I am a professional just like a doctor or lawyer. I may not wear a business suit or scrubs, but I am still a professional. I have spent a lot of time and money to stay abreast of the latest developments, not just in exercise but Physical Therapy and Nutrition. As a professional, I work hard and expect adequate and timely compensation for my skill and time.

Educate

I want you to learn how to eat right and how to exercise appropriately for you and your goals. Teaching you how to eat properly and how to get fit are my driving forces. You can give a person a fish and feed him for a day…..
